Hammock-To-Go is built with durability and safety in mind.  We use only the highest quality materials available in the manufacturing and structural design process.  Fabrics are used to provide longer use and durability.  The aircraft aluminum frame enables you to enjoy your purchase for many years to come.  The deluxe carrying bag means easy storage and convenience.  The Hammock-To-Go will take you anywhere you go. 

Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty 
This product is covered by a One Year Limited Warranty covering workmanship and material quality.  Products of Frog On a Log Imports, LLC, are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If the unit is found, within its first year, to be defective, it will be replaced without charge to the original purchaser upon return of the unit.

Should a failure due to defective materials or workmanship occur within one year of date of purchase, we will at our option, repair or replace the defective unit and return (covering shipping and handling costs). We reserve the right to make substitutions with similar merchandise should the subject model or color no longer be available.

This product is only warranted under normal use; on level terrain, single occupant, not to exceed 250 lbs. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover; use for commercial purposes, normal wear, abusive or imprudent use, tampering or attempted repair or alteration, fabric stains, freeze or salt damage, acts of God and return freight or packaging charges. Proof of purchase (dated receipt) is required for any warranty consideration.

Returns
Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) from Frog On a Log must be received prior to any merchandise return. RGA# must appear on carton. Units received without RGA# will be returned to sender. All returned merchandise must be returned new and unused with exception to defective goods. A 15% restocking charge will be applied against any credit issued for salable merchandise. All goods must be returned freight pre-paid.
